I’m Kris. I write about real life, not the cleaned up version of it. A lot of what I share comes from lived experience with health issues, caregiving, and trying to navigate systems that are not always built to help people like us. I run KCareConnections, where I focus on finding and sharing resources that people usually have to dig way too hard to find. I also write local pieces and human interest stories, because I believe everyday stories matter just as much as big headlines.
